At Poshak Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your garment, please follow these guidelines:

1. Exchange Window:

   • You may initiate an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

   • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
   • The exchange will be subject to availability.

3. Exchange Process:

   • Clearly state the reason for the exchange and provide your order number.
   • Our team will guide you through the steps to facilitate a smooth exchange.

4. Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
   • Poshak Fabrics will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item if customer receive any defected or wrong item.

5. Inspect Your Package:

   • Upon receiving the replacement item, please inspect it thoroughly. Notify us immediately if there are any issues.
